We are seeking a motivated Administrative Specialist to join our team. The position is ideally suited for the candidate who possesses the skill set outlined below. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Provide call reception and distribution
- Wide ranging administrative functions
- Data analysis and entry
- Correspondence evaluation and processing
- Document scanning management
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and previous administrative experience required
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Excellent telephone personality
- Technical proficiency with computer related functions
- Attention to detail

Compensation: $21.50 - $25.50 per hour
